Fees:
Acupuncture:
Initial assessment and treatment (1.5-2 hours): $150.00
Follow-up treatment (60-90 minutes): $100.00
House calls: an additional $150 charge
We will work with you if you are
experiencing financial difficulty. Enquire to see if you qualify for a
sliding-scale or delayed payment schedule options.
Payment is required at the time service is rendered. Payment will be accepted
in the form of cash, personal check, or credit card. No monetary gratuities
will be accepted. Insurance submissions will be the sole responsibility of the
patient.
Cancellation
Policy:
In order to serve all patients equally, Essential Wellness Acupuncture has a
24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not notify the office that you will be
unable to meet at your scheduled time 24 hours prior to your appointment you
will be charged the full amount.
